Terms of Service

Services

ML Architectural + Interior Design Studio ("ML Arch Studio") provides interior design services and architectural consulting, in person in South Florida and virtually. The scope of each service is as described on its page.

Booking and payment

Packages are booked and paid online through Shopify. Prices are in US dollars. Before work begins, the client completes a requirements form with the details of their space, style and budget.

Revisions

Room Refresh and Full Room Experience include one (1) change or revision to the initial proposal. Additional changes may be quoted separately.

Third-party purchases

Shopping guides include reference links subject to each supplier's availability and pricing. With the virtual packages, the client places their own orders and arranges delivery. ML Arch Studio is not responsible for third-party products, deliveries or warranties.

Technical scope

The virtual packages do not include construction drawings or technical specifications for building work, unless agreed in writing.

Cancellations

The client may cancel at no cost before work begins. Once work has started, completed work is charged.

Intellectual property

Designs, renders and documents delivered are for the client's personal use in the contracted space. ML Arch Studio may show images of the work in its portfolio unless the client asks otherwise.
